BREATH OF FIRE


****Breath of fire is surreal goodness for the mind body and spirit. Humans natural capability of reaching new levels. If you have never tried the practice. Find a quite place, sit in lotus or stand palms open to receive/palms closed to ground, clear the mind, and forcefully pump the diaphragm inwards(belly should be jumping like a dance party) and out to expel air from the your core from the nose. Try the practice for 2 minutes, than 3 and increase pace as you go if doable. For maximum levity, close the eyes and focus your gaze at your 3rd eye (in between your eye brows).....When finished take a large inhale, hold the breath and than release. Great energy builder and stress relief, enjoy....
