TUDOR INVITAIONAL HITS SANTA CRUZ
***Couldn't be happier about stop #3 on Joel's log jam invitational. Everyone's excited about the possibility's of surfing one of the best rights on the central coast and with the no leach law in full effect it cold be quite the scene for spectators and contestants alike. As expected the best loggers will be there, along side legends such as Michel Junod, Tudor, Herbie Flethcher and Bing Copeland will also be there to keep an eye on the evolution of riding a traditional log. Heading up a bit early and will do my best to keep updates from the road. All the best...Chris 111

BODY IN BALANCE
***Just finishing a week long cleanse.. Had my first solid food last night and transitioning back into the standard routine. A few key points I gained from the time away from foods, was wonderful natural feelings of euphoria... Good levels of clear thought, productivity on many fronts, purging of toxins and in general feeling like my body had much more energy to spend on new aspect of the spirit and mind... Big thanks to my Omega juicer for being the catalyst to success and to all the Christmas party's that tested my dedication two fold..

Dear fellow web-surfers I'm writing you today with a request. A request to take action and please help sign a petition to keep a sacred community gathering space alive and thriving in the heart of Encinitas. As we are surrounded by homogenized strip malls, Starbucks, competitive yoga centers, the benefits of a safe, grounded and spiritually lit space for personal growth is increasingly needed... This yurt nestled on a beautiful garden space has given our community so much and I urge anyone who enjoys the yoga movement or the movement of uniting like minded people to sign the petition below or show up on this Wednesday night at 5pm at Yoga Swami or 6 at Encinitas City Council and join a peace march to show the power of many coming together as one......
